Benign skin tumors, such as Seborrheic keratosis, Papillomas, and Dermatofibroma, are non-cancerous skin lesions that do not require therapeutic treatment.

We begin with Papillomas, which are small, soft, usually thread-like lesions that appear mainly in skin folds subject to friction (neck, armpits) and in overweight individuals.

Next is Seborrheic keratosis, which appears as a brown or black, usually raised lesion with a keratinized surface. It is very common in older age groups and usually does not cause symptoms.

Finally, Dermatofibroma is a benign skin lesion that typically presents as a small, firm nodule on the skin. It is usually brown, pink, or reddish in color and is most commonly found on the lower extremities, especially in women. Its size ranges from a few millimeters up to about 1 centimeter.

The diagnosis of benign skin tumors is made immediately with the help of a dermatoscope, and the appropriate treatment is selected, such as removal with CO₂ laser or surgical excision of the lesion.
